Online orders
These terms apply to consumer purchases from our online store. Please check the product description, size, colour, delivery address and order total before placing your order. We send an order confirmation by email. Contact us promptly if you notice an error or need help with your order.
Prices and payment
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed in the online store. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown at checkout before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We will not substitute an unavailable item without your agreement; if we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and refund it.
Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping & Delivery page explains delivery destinations, charges and estimated transit times. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please contact us. We remain responsible for delivery until you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.
For deliveries to the United States, import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charge.
Cancellation and returns
You may notify us that you wish to cancel your online purchase within 14 days after you or your designated recipient receives the goods (or the last item when one order is delivered separately), without giving a reason. You then have 14 days after notification to send the goods back. Sale items follow the same online withdrawal rules. Email us or send another clear statement of your decision. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory.
Our Returns page explains the return address, return costs, handling of goods and refunds. Customers pay postage for change-of-mind returns. You may examine and try on goods as you would in a shop; we may deduct a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
When you cancel the entire order, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We refund the original payment method within 14 days after your cancellation notice, but may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, incorrect or do not conform to the contract. Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem so we can arrange the appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund, as provided by law. Necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods are our responsibility.
Privacy and complaints
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please send complaints to info@laneuvieme.nl, including your order number if relevant. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or access to the courts available to you under applicable law.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing purchase.
