Online returns

You may notify us that you wish to return your online purchase within 14 days after you or your designated recipient receives the goods (or the last item when one order is delivered separately). Email info@laneuvieme.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return. No reason is required. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

Return costs and condition

You pay return postage and packaging for change-of-mind returns. Pack items securely and retain proof of postage. Please return items with their tags and original packaging where possible. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop; any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

For a withdrawal from your entire online order, we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first.

Sale items and faulty goods

Sale items follow the same online withdrawal rules. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution. You do not pay the necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
